Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email us within 14 days with a photograph and your order number. We replace or refund, and you do not need to ship it back.
II.
Unopened Items
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days for a refund less shipping. Opened consumables, custom work, digital downloads and services are not returnable.
