Orders are prepared by hand, then shipped. Preparation time is separate from transit time.

Allow 2–4 business days for preparation. Standard domestic transit is a further 3–6 business days; expedited options are shown at checkout.

Fixed and rooted candles can take longer during busy seasons because they are dressed individually. If a delay is expected, we email you rather than leaving you guessing.

Packaging and International Orders

Oils and liquids are double-sealed for travel and packed in recyclable materials. International orders ship where customs allow; duties and import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

How a Service Is Delivered

Ritual services are performed on a scheduled date. Nothing ships unless a physical remnant is included.

  • Work confirmed in writing before it begins

  • Written report delivered by email

  • Any physical remains posted separately

Timings shift only with your agreement.

Wholesale Freight & Delivery

Trade orders are picked in case packs and palletised or boxed by weight. Lead time is 7–14 business days from approved purchase order.

  • Freight quoted per order and confirmed before dispatch

  • Free freight above the threshold on your account

  • Split deliveries available on standing orders

  • Drop-ship to store locations on request
