Confirmations and Tracking

You receive an order confirmation immediately and a tracking email once the parcel leaves us. If either is missing, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Changing or Cancelling

Orders can be changed or cancelled until preparation begins — usually within 24 hours. After that, hand-dressed items cannot be unmade.
