Placing, changing and tracking an order.

Everything is dressed and prepared by hand. Allow 2–4 business days of bench time before the parcel moves, then standard or expedited transit on top. Ritual services begin on their scheduled date rather than shipping.

Yes. Tracking is emailed the moment the parcel is collected. If it has been more than five business days without movement, contact us and we will chase it for you.

If the work has not yet been dressed, yes. Write to us as soon as possible with your order number. Once a candle has been fixed to your petition it belongs to that petition and cannot be resold.
