If your order has not moved in a few days, write to the bench with your order number and we will chase it for you.

Everything here is made, dressed and labelled by hand before it travels. Bench preparation is 2–4 business days for stocked goods; prepared-to-order rituals and fixed or seven-day candles need 3–5 days, longer in busy seasons.

Oils and liquids are double-sealed and tracking is emailed on collection. We ship internationally — any local duties or taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Because our goods are spiritual supplies prepared, dressed and fixed by hand, prepared-to-order items are final sale. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, write to the bench within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we will put it right.

Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep it clear of anything that can catch. Burn on a heat-safe surface and trim the wick between burns.

Store oils and powders somewhere cool and dark, away from children and pets. Several traditional conjure and hoodoo roots are toxic if ingested — they are curios and spiritual supplies, not food or medicine.

Every product page says what the item is for and how it is used. The free Bench Book covers the basics — dressing a candle the old way, reading the flame, and laying simple work — so what you buy gets used correctly.

Ritual services and readings are paid first. The moment your order confirms, your private intake form unlocks and is kept with your order — only the house ever sees it. Readings that use a calendar are then scheduled by appointment.

Nothing is started until the service is paid for, and no outcome is ever guaranteed.
