Signature Confirmation:
World of Conjure reserves the right to require signature confirmation on orders over $75 or any order deemed medium to high risk. Once a package has been signed for or marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. World of Conjure does not issue refunds, replacements, chargeback reimbursements, or credits for packages that have been signed for, marked delivered, delivered to the address provided at checkout, or delayed by the carrier.
Fraud Prevention:
For security purposes, World of Conjure may cancel, hold, or request additional verification for any order where the billing name, billing address, shipping name, shipping address, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment information appears inconsistent or presents a fraud risk. Orders flagged as high risk may be canceled and refunded at the sole discretion of World of Conjure.

Domestic Shipping:
We ship throughout United States. Estimate delivery times after shipping:

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that delivery times and costs will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
World of Conjure is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed on your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs clearance for international orders.
Missing or Lost Packages:
If your package is lost or missing, please contact us at support@worldofconjure.com with your order and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will be happy to resolve the issue.
