Fraud Prevention & Order Verification Policy
Fraudulent Chargebacks & Theft of Merchandise
World of Conjure actively monitors orders for fraud and unauthorized transactions.
Orders may be delayed, canceled, refunded, or require additional verification if:
• Billing and shipping information do not match.
• The cardholder name differs from the recipient name.
• The billing address differs from the shipping address.
• The order is flagged as medium or high risk by our payment processor.
• The order contains unusual purchasing activity.
World of Conjure reserves the right to request identification, proof of billing address, or additional verification before processing any order.
Orders determined to be fraudulent will be canceled immediately.
Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks after receiving merchandise may be permanently prohibited from purchasing from World of Conjure in the future.
Signature confirmation may be required on qualifying orders. Once a package has been marked delivered or signed for by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
Customers who receive merchandise and then initiate a chargeback claiming fraud, unauthorized use, or non-receipt may be subject to further investigation.
World of Conjure reserves the right to submit evidence to payment processors, financial institutions, fraud prevention databases, postal inspectors, and law enforcement agencies when there is reason to believe merchandise was received and a chargeback was filed improperly.
Any attempt to obtain products without payment through false claims, chargeback abuse, or fraudulent disputes may be treated as theft of merchandise and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
