Please read carefully before placing your order.

All of our items are handcrafted, made-to-order, and spiritually prepared by Shannon HaJira — the sole maker and manufacturer behind World of Conjure.

❌ Cancellations

 

 

 

We allow order cancellations within 6 hours of purchase.

 

After that time, your item is already being prepared or fixed, and no edits, changes, or cancellations can be made.

 

 

 

🔁 Returns
Due to the spiritual and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

 

 

Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):

• Spell candles, condition oils, and herbs

• Incense, soaps, and sprays

• Tarot books, journals, and printed materials

• Digital downloads or eBooks

• Any intimate, sanitary, perishable, or flammable item

• T-shirts, hoodies, and print-on-demand goods (unless the product arrives defective)

There is no third-party manufacturer. All products are made in-house.

 

 

 

⚠️ Refunds (If Applicable)

We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed, dressed, or shipped.

In rare cases where a return is pre-approved (such as a damaged or incorrect item), you will be contacted with further instructions. You must provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Photos of the issue

• Items must be unused, in original packaging

 

🕓 Late or Missing Refunds

If you’ve been approved for a refund and haven’t received it:

1. Check your bank or payment method again
2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post)
3. Contact your bank (some delays are processing-related)

🎁 Gift Orders
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit (if applicable). If not, any eligible refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

 

 

🚚 Shipping on Returns

You are responsible for any return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, your return shipping cost will be deducted.

For returns over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping method or insurance. We cannot guarantee we’ll receive your item without tracking.

We appreciate your understanding and support of a handcrafted, small-batch spiritual business. Every item is made with care, energy, and sacred intention.
